For 20 years, Weng Foon was in charge of building and developing a robust and competent staff force for Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia as their Head of Learning and Development. Her successes include pioneering the Sales and Service Culture, building Professional ‘People &

Results-oriented’ Managers, and responsible for the setting up and leading 2 training and development centers for the bank.
