Paul is a Leadership Methodologist and for nearly two decades he has studied effective organisations and the people that lead them.
Paul has successfully set up and run a number of businesses in all his life and has a wide range of experience in the management of small and large organisations. 16 years ago he decided to take some time out and study leaders and effective organisations. He has always been fascinated by 'why people respond the way they do to different people' and 'what makes an organisation effective'. He now spends the majority of his time researching effective organisations and the people that lead them . As a result of his personal international research, he is called upon to assist both private and public organisations as an advisor or consultant on a range of projects relating to management and leadership issues or development. Paul is a Faculty Member of the Institute of Management Studies, Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, Fellow of the Professional Speaker Association and a Certified Speaking Professional. Paul was also voted 12th in The Top Most Influential Leadership Gurus in the World in 2007 for his contribution to Leadership development.
