RTA meets with our client’s management and works out a specific, measurable, set of goals attached to specific timelines in the specific area of interaction (leadership, sales growth, improving organizational efficiency).
To achieve long lasting success it is imperative that a company’s team be fully bought into the vision. This begins at management level, middle managers will be invited to join into the top management’s vision/goals and negotiate the necessary support to achieve the new vision/goals.
Having created full management buy-in for the changes about to take place RTA now rolls out the tailor made training/consulting interactions through the chosen departments within the company. In a series of highly interactive sessions participants will gain the desired skills / knowledge to achieve the desired goals, as well as buying into the managements vision.
The real key to success is managing the team’s actions in the 5-8 months following the training and consulting session. Each team member and complete team will generate specific, measurable action plans. These action plans describe what the individual/team pledge to do in order to achieve the common goals within the agreed upon time frame.
During the implementation period RTA will now follow up with the teams for a period of 5-12 months on a monthly basis. Each of these follow-up sessions monitors the individual team’s progress, removing misunderstandings, emotional blocks, negotiating with management and teams to create new systems and solutions. Phase V. is crucial, it allows team members to grow confident in their new roles and responsibilities, opening up communications with management and creating long lasting positive solutions in leadership, sales, organizational efficiency.
Hand in hand with monitoring and coaching the client’s teams to achieve the desired goals RTA will be grooming a selected group of employees to take over RTA’s coaching and monitoring roles. This technology transfer allows the client to now create positive shifts within their company on an ongoing basis.
